Sports and Relax Centre Velké Meziříčí

The subject of this thesis is the newly built Sport-relax center in Velké Meziříčí. The built will have two above ground. On the first floor will be a reception with a café and fitness center. Part of the fitness center will be a spinning hall and a small exercise room on the mats. On the second floor will be a sauna center, massages and a center for physiotherapists and nutrition counseling. Individual operations in a multifunctional house are selected with respect to the location. The town of Velké Meziříčí has launched a competition for the construction of this area by a sports-cultural house. For this reason, these sites are located in the house.
Hotel with sports background

The main subject of the diploma thesis is a new construction of the hotel with sporting facility in Kuřim. The Thesis is done in a form of a project documentation with all requests by the law and regulations included. The project is Composed of two buildings, a hotel and the sporting hall. The building is Located in slope in direction to south direction. The hotel building have four Storeys. The whole disposition solution of both buildings is connected. In a first floor is located the hotel restaurant, staff background, wellness and fitness Secon and third floor is supposed to be Used Mainly for accomodating of Sportsmans, and the last fourth floor is for holding meetings and conferences. The main Supporting structure is done with as monolitic frame construction of beams, columns and continuous slabs. All roofs are done as mono-layer roofs. First floor of the sporting hall is used by people during the sporting activity. This area is composed of changing rooms with a social background and other spaces for the proper function of the hall. The main Supporting construction of the hall is designed as glued lamellar beams supported by columns.
Water park Brno

Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. The aim of the thesis is to define the vision (in concrete proposals) for the functioning of community, socio-social, leisure and other activities in the village. The vision as such emerged on the basis of analyzes already in the last semester, on its basis, we come to the solution of a partial project, which should show the municipality how to go and why. Representatives and residents of Strachotín have for a long time been considering certain steps, construction works of varying extent, which would strengthen the population, their possibilities in using the potential of the place (wine, tourism) and the village returned the lost face.There is only a small distance between the village and the end of the village in the direction of Pálava, but there is an important urban area - the surroundings of the church - which is historically very important and it hides its potential. In my work, I have commissioned him to uncover it and try to inspect what she can offer. Not only for tourists, but also for locals.

Conclusion of the thesis will consisst of a business plan and a financial plan.

Architectural study offers solution of space of the Roman baths and sauna world in object next to the previously designed building of Aquacenter in Brno - Hády. Location of aquacenter is based on architectural search study Aquacenter - "The Water Temple" Brno (on development areas which are set by ÚPmB). Wellness facilities are today an important part of the water parks. The designed spaces of Roman baths and sauna world offers visitors the use of modifications of Roman baths and Finnish saunas, as well as other supporting treatments such as various massages, herbal baths, massage whirlpools, etc. It is not just a place to relax or to the curative stay, but there is also included a social function as a private spas (for business meetings), caldarium, possibly tepidarium, a rest rooms and relaxation bar. The form of a building, which is based on the form of the previously designed building of aquacentre, is a block with inclined SE, SW and NE wall (inclination of walls is 20 degrees from the vertical). In the center part of a layout is rest room and bar, along which sides are atriums. Around them are then arranged an individual operating units into single wings. The overall layout is also trying to build on the traditional content and linking space of Roman baths, abide the Finnish concept of the sauna and join both together in related wings. While the traffic of balneotherapy is as a "dirty" separated by hall, the wing with massages and less traditional saunas and spas (such as Sweden, Japan, etc.) together with the water baths wing are separated from the central area by corridor. Accommodation is dedicated the space of the second floor, which does not occupy the whole floor space as a first floor and is arranged in a T-shape. The basement which is partly sunk into the ground is located covered parking and service facilities.

Location aqua center study is based on the Territorial studies Brněnská přehrada area. Nowadays wellness facilities are important part of water parks. The designed spaces of Roman baths and sauna world offer its visitors the use Roman baths, Finnish saunas, as well as other supporting procedures such as massages, herbal baths, massage whirlpools, etc. It is not just a place to stay the recovery or relaxation, but is included here social function as generously solved frigidarium space s and relaxing bar. Form, which is based on the design building of Aquacenter, is circular and it allows central layout solution. The central solution dispositions are reflected throughout the interior design concept. The overall layout is also trying to build on traditional content Roman bath, respect the Finnish sauna concept and both join together in a common area.
